Union Scholars (Grade 11-12)

Union Scholars

The Union Scholars is designed for students entering the Forward Thinking Mentoring journey in Grade 11 (Year 12), a pivotal point in the college admission timeline.

At this stage, our focus shifts toward building a strategic roadmap for university applications. Beginning mentorship now allows our team to develop a clear understanding of the student's academic, extracurricular, and personal profile. With this insight, we can identify any gaps or areas for improvement, and provide targeted recommendations to strengthen the student’s positioning ahead of application season.

Grade 11 is also when students begin preparing the core components of their applications: personal statements, recommendation letters, and entrance examinations. Support during this phase is essential, helping students present a compelling, cohesive, and competitive application that reflects their strengths and aligns with their goals

This program is ideal for students applying to universities in the UK. The Union Scholars offers comprehensive, end-to-end guidance, from strategic
planning and profile development through to university selection, application submissions, and accepting final offers after graduation.

Best-Fit University Recommendations

We believe there is no one-size-fits-all path. Our team takes the time to understand each student’s academic strengths, interests, goals, and personal values in order to recommend universities where they will thrive, academically, socially, and personally.

Prioritizing Student Wellbeing

Student success is closely tied to emotional and mental wellbeing. We build strong, trusting relationships with students, providing mentorship that supports not only academic progress but also personal growth, resilience, and balance.

Developing Student Profiles

We guide students in building a compelling and authentic profile over time, one that showcases their academic achievements, passions, extracurricular involvement, leadership, and community impact. This profile becomes the foundation of a strong and distinctive university application.
